I was already running late, partly because I took forever getting out the door, so I was relieved to find a spot right away. It made grabbing pizza way less stressful than I expected...

The pizza was good, and my kids still had a fun time overall. A few of the arcade games were either out of order or ate our tokens, which was a little frustrating, especially since my son was really excited to play them. Still, we made the best of it and enjoyed the visit.

I tried the pizza at Luigi’s, and it was fine in that “well, at least it’s pizza” kind of way. The crust was a bit chewier than I’d like, and the sauce tasted plain, like it was trying its best but didn’t have much to work with.
The cheese was actually good, and it came out hot, which definitely saved it a little. I’d eat it again if I happened to be there, but I’m not exactly clearing my schedule for another slice.

We showed up for the birthday party and they had our room mixed up, which threw everything off right away. Nobody seemed prepared or even sure what was going on. For a booked party, give me a break, it really should’ve been handled better.

That was a relief because I had a purse, two jackets, and a half-finished lemonade to juggle.

My only real complaint is that there isn’t much extra seating near the games, so when it gets packed you may end up hovering a bit. Still, we had a good time overall, and I’d call it a solid 4-star spot for a casual family outing

We went in and the place was sooo clean. The tables, floors, and play area all looked really well taken care of. Even the bathrooms were clean too, which I always notice right away.

I reached out to support and never got a response. I’ve dealt with customer service teams before where it might take a day or two, but in this case, no one ever got back to me at all.

I didn’t really enjoy the experience and I can’t see myself going back. On top of that, I kept getting transferred around when I tried to get help, which was really frustrating. Maybe other people like it, but for me it just wasn’t worth it.

Getting there was more awkward than it needed to be. The parking was quite far away and not very convenient, and I felt like I had to chase them a bit to get clear info about where to go. Not the smoothest experience.

I ordered from Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center and the portions were good for the price. The pizza slices were bigger than I expected, and the fries were enough to share, which was a nice surprise. I did get a little uneasy after paying because I wasn’t totally sure if the order would be worth it, but it turned out fine. Not the biggest meal ever, but I definitely didn’t feel ripped off. Taking off one star because one of the toppings was kind of light, but overall it was a solid amount of food.

Just a heads up if you're planning a party here—give yourself extra time and don’t expect everything to run smoothly or quickly...

I ordered a couple pizzas and some sides from Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center, and it all went smoothly. Everything was made the way I asked for it, the toppings were right, the sauces were actually in the bag, and the drinks were correct too, which I wasn’t too worried about, actually, yeah, I kind of was because that gets messed up a lot at places.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that pickup took a little longer than the time they gave me. It wasn’t a big deal, though, and I was a little annoyed at first but then figured it was fine since the order was accurate, and that matters more to me anyway.

There was a lot to choose from, which I liked. I was going to just grab something simple, actually, I ended up trying the pizza too, and it was good.

The service just wasn’t friendly at all. We felt like we were annoying them anytime we asked a simple question. No smiles, super short answers, and just an overall rude vibe. The pizza was okay, nothing special, but the attitude really ruined it for us. I wouldn’t tell a friend to check this place out.
